Purchasing from Hey Cysters is worry-free, with one of the best return policies in the business! If our products did not meet your standards we are able to provide you with a refund within 60-days of purchase. To begin a return just email us at letschat@heycysters.com or use our “Contact Us” form with your proof of purchase. When a return is possible we will send you the return label free of charge, so you can just pop it in the mail and we take care of the rest!

REPLACEMENTS AND RETURNS

We can accept back most unopened, unused supplements back to our warehouse with no added cost to you!

 

Returning Supplements

To make a return please make sure the product has not been opened or damaged, print out the label we sent you, and you can ship it back in the original packaging. If it has been opened we will still refund you, we just cannot accept opened returns. Since we cannot accept opened items we instead encourage our customers to pass it along to a neighbor, friend, or family member that may be able to benefit from it!

SHIPPING

All orders are fulfilled within 1-2 business days. We use USPS Priority Shipping for all US packages, which is roughly 2-4 business days for shipping once it has been fulfilled at our warehouse!
