CUSTOMER GUARENTEE

Purchasing from Hey Cysters is worry-free, with one of the best return policies in the business! If our products did not meet your standards we are able to provide you a refund within 60-days of purchase. To begin a return just email us at letschat@heycysters.com or use our “Contact Us” form with your proof of purchase. When a return is possible we will send you the return label free of charge, so you can just pop it in the mail and we take care of the rest!

REPLACEMENTS AND RETURNS

We can accept back most unopened, unused supplements back to our warehouse with no added cost to you!

 

Returning Supplements

To make a return please make sure the product has not been opened or damaged, print out the label we sent you, and you can ship it back in the original packaging. If it has been opened we will still refund you, we just cannot accept opened returns. Since we cannot accept opened items we instead encourage our customers to pass it along to a neighbor, friend, or family member that may be able to benefit from it!

SHIPPING

All orders are fulfilled within 1-2 business days. We use USPS Priority Shipping for all US packages, which is roughly 2-4 business days for shipping once it has been fulfilled at our warehouse!

Yes! BalanceHER is designed to be consumed daily, throughout the month to support your body when your PMS symptoms arise.

 

How often should I take these?

You can take one scoop every day for optimal results for both BalanceHER and StabilizeHER. We recommend reaching out to your doctor before starting any supplements.

 

What can I mix the blends in?

You can mix it in many foods, however, our favorites are in shakes, yogurts, or mixed in with any smoothies.

 

Is it safe to take StabilizeHER and BalanceHER together?

Yes! BalanceHER and StabilizeHER are designed to be consumed together daily, throughout the month to support your body when your PMS symptoms arise and supports your body to keep your blood sugar stable throughout the month.

Simply click on the top left icon on https://www.heycysters.com (looks like a silhouette of a person) - same for both Mobile and Desktop users. How do I cancel a subscription?
Once you are logged in, click on "Manage Subscriptions" and selecting the product you wish to unsubscribe from/cancel. If you need additional help you can e-mail letschat@heycysters.com.
