        TIME: 2 Minutes
  • 1 Cup Peeled Carrots
  • 1 Cup Diced Pineapple
  • 1 Cup Diced Strawberries
  • 1 Cup Cucumber Slices
  • 1 Cup Kale
  • 1 Peeled Frozen Banana
  • 1 Tsp. Chia Seeds
  • 1.5 Cups Cold Water
  • Milled Flaxseed *Optional
  • 1 Cup Spinach *Optional
  • 1 Tsp. Hemp Hearts *Optional
  • Honey *Optional
  • 1 Scoop BalanceHER and/ or 1 Scoop StabilizeHER *Optional
>>>> Combine all ingredients in a blender, blend on high for 2 minutes or until smooth. Add more water depending on the consistency you want.
>>>> If you want more Omega-3s, try adding milled flaxseed to the mix. For increased energy-boosting iron, throw in 1 cup spinach. For more protein, add 1 tsp. hemp hearts. Need extra sweetness? Throw in a little Honey or sweetener of choice. The flaxseed, spinach, hemp hearts, and sweetener are completely optional here but is a great way to add an extra boost.
To some who have a sensitive pallet, you might taste Hey Cysters blends in some of these creations! Hey Cysters is made with clean and natural ingredients which does sometimes cause a little graininess – this is normal.
