PEACH smoothie

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 Cups Frozen Peaches
  • 1-2 Tbsp. Minced Ginger
  • 1 Orange (Peeled)
  • 1 Tbsp. Orange Zest
  • 1 Tbsp. Ground Flaxseed *Optional
  • 1 Cup Almond Milk (Milk of Choice)
  • 1 Cup Ice
  • 1 Tbsp. Honey
  • 1 Scoop of BalanceHER and/or 1 Scoop of StabilizeHER *Optional

INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender, except ice, blend on high for 2 minutes or until smooth. Add ice and milk depending on the consistency you want.

Alternatives

  • Frozen peaches are quick, but you can also use 2 fresh peaches. Just make sure to pit and quarter them. Add twice as much ginger if you feel like you may be getting a cold.
