On-the-Go #1

I don't know about you, but I know there are days I just don't have the time to pull out my blender and make a smoothie. I wanted to share some of my "shortcuts" I use to take StabilizeHER and BalanceHER with my go-to recipe on busy days. This recipe does not require a blender and can be thrown together in a jiffy. 
INGREDIENTS
       
        TIME: 2 Minutes
        *Favorite!* 
        4-5oz Orange Juice
        4-5oz White Grape Juice
        One (1) Scoop of BalanceHER and/or (1) Scoop of StabilizeHER

INSTRUCTIONS
>>>> Combine all ingredients into a tall shaker cup. Shake, shake, shake! Enjoy!

ALTERNATIVES
>>>> Cherry juice, apple juice, and/or pineapple juice would all make great additions to this quick on-the-go drink. Just adjust serving sizes to your liking but make sure to leave a little room at the top of the shaker cup to allow the supplement blends to mix well.

To some who have a sensitive pallet, you might taste Hey Cysters blends in some of these creations!
