- 1.5 Cups Pineapple
- 1 Orange (no peel)
- 1 Cup Almond Milk (Milk of Choice)
- 1 Tbsp. Finely Chopped Fresh Ginger
- 1 Tsp. Ground Turmeric
- 1 Tsp. Honey *Optional
- 1 Scoop of BalanceHER and/or 1 Scoop of StabilizeHER *Optional
Combine all ingredients in a blender, blend on high for 2 minutes or until smooth. Add more milk depending on the consistency you want.
Honey is optional but does add a bit of sweetness. I used Almond milk but any milk you choose will be great. If you don't have fresh ginger on hand you can use 1/4 tsp. ground ginger.
