INGREDIENTS
  • 2 Cups Almond Milk (Milk of Choice)
  • 1 Handful Spinach (Fresh or Frozen)
  • 1/2 Cup Frozen Strawberries
  • 1 Cup Frozen Raspberries
  • 2 Tbsp. Ground Chia Seeds
  • Honey *Optional
  • 1 Tbsp. Flaxseed Mill *Optional
  • 1 Scoop of BalanceHER and/or 1 Scoop of StabilizeHER *Optional

INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender, blend on high for 2 minutes or until smooth. Add more milk depending on the consistency you want.

Alternatives

  • I used Almond milk but you can use any unsweetened milk of choice. Any mixed berries would be great in this smoothie. Honey is great to add a little sweetness. You can either omit or add your sweetener of choice.
