Banana Almond Butter Smoothie

INGREDIENTS
       
        TIME: 2 Minutes
     
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 Tbsp. Almond Butter (Peanut Butter works as well)
  • 2 Tbsp. Honey
  • 2 Cups Cashew Milk (Or your milk of choice)
  • 1 Cup Ice
  • 1/2 Cup Coffee (cold) *Optional
  • 1 Scoop of BalanceHER and/or 1 Scoop of StabilizeHER *Optional

INSTRUCTIONS
>>>> Combine all ingredients in a blender, blend on high for 2 minutes or until smooth. Add more milk or ice depending on the consistency you want. The coffee is completely optional here but is a great way to add an extra boost.

ALTERNATIVES
>>>> Frozen Bananas work well here (Pro-tip - If you have Bananas that are "going bad" (turning brown), don't throw them away, peel them and put them in a gallon-size bag, and freeze them. Take one out and use when needed). If you use a frozen banana, omit the ice and use a little more Cashew Milk (or your milk of choice).
