This is the smoothie that started it all. When I (Emily) was working on finding delicious ways to take BalanceHER & StabilizeHER, I landed on a recipe that most households have. With some tweaking and modification, this recipe has been an all-time favorite of mine and my go-to recipe when I am on the go. This recipe is SOOO simple, and requires a blender (mine has a serving cup where I unscrew the blades and screw on a lid).
- One (1) Banana
- One (1) Tbsp Almond Butter (Peanut Butter works as well)
- One (1) Tbsp Honey
- One (2) Cups Cashew Milk (Or your milk of choice)
- One (1) Cup Ice
- Half (1/2) Cup Coffee (cold) *Optional
>>>> Frozen Bananas work well here (Pro-tip - If you have Bananas that are "going bad" (turning brown), don't throw them away, peel them and put them in a gallon size bag, and freeze them. Take one out and use when needed). If you use a frozen banana, omit the ice and use a little more Cashew Milk (Or your milk of choice).
