3 Ingredient Breakfast Bar

I wanted something natural and good for my body. Thank goodness I found This product!! I have not had any symptoms in months. My mood is better and my weight has stabilized.

Servings | 6 bars
  • 1 Cup Almond Butter
  • 4 Cups Rolled Oats
  • 6-7 Medium Bananas Smashed
  • 1/2-1 Cup Dark Chocolate Chips *Optional
  • 6 Scoops BalanceHER and/or 6 Scoops StabilizeHER *Optional


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line an 8 x 8 inch pan with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine all your ingredients and mix well. Fold in your chocolate chips if using them.
  3. Transfer batter to the lined pan and bake for 12-15 minutes, until golden brown on top and a skewer comes out the center clean.
  4. Allow oatmeal breakfast bars to cool in the pan for at least 10 minutes, or until firmed up enough to remove. Transfer to a wire rack and allow to cool completely.
  5. Semi-sweet chocolate chips, cinnamon, peanut butter, and walnuts are all great alternatives.

  • Store at room temperature, for up to 3 days.
  • Best kept refrigerated, for up to a week.
  • Freezer friendly, up to 2 months.
To some who have a sensitive pallet, you might taste Hey Cysters blends in some of these creations!
